Joan Jett & The Blackhearts Visit Letterman This Week
Joan Jett & The Blackhearts are hitting the late night lineup this week. The rockers will appear on Wednesday's "The Late Show With David Letterman" on CBS. The band will be there to promote its "Greatest Hits" CD. Jett's appearance also follows the limited theatrical debut of "The Runaways" film last weekend. Jett served as an executive producer on the rock biopic that documents the formation of the all-girl band in the 1970s. "Twilight" star Kristen Stewart portrays Jett in the film. Dakota Fanning plays Runaways lead singer Cherie Currie.
Joan Jett & The Blackhearts will appear as the musical guest on CBS' "The Late Show With David Letterman" on Wednesday, March 24th at 11:35 p.m. Eastern time. |
