David Clayton Thomas Writing Blood, Sweat And Tears
Blood, Sweat and Tears lead singer David Clayton Thomas is writing his autobiography. "The Winnipeg Free Press" reports that the Canadian rocker plans to release the memoir -- also called "Blood, Sweat And Tears" -- later this year. The 68-year-old came from humble beginnings. He was a runaway as a youth in Toronto, and taught himself to play guitar during a stint in jail. Blood, Sweat And Tears' biggest hits include "You've Made Me So Very Happy" and "Spinning Wheel," both released in 1969. Penguin Canada is slated to release Clayton's "Blood, Sweat And Tears" in September 2010.
