Linkin Park Suing Lloyds Of London
Linkin Park is going the legal route to deal with a string of lost shows from 2008. TMZ.com reports that the band is filing a lawsuit against Lloyd's Of London, claiming the insurance company failed to compensate the group for six missed dates after singer Chester Bennington injured his back. The vocalist suffered the injury while building a toy for his son. Lloyd's Of London denied Linkin Park's claim, but the band states that Bennington's problem was not pre-existing prior to the toy-building incident. Financial details of the suit were not revealed. |
