Marie Osmond Returns To The Stage After Son's Funeral
Marie Osmond is back to work. The entertainer buried her son, Michael Blosil, in Utah on Monday. On Tuesday night, Marie and brother Donny returned to their Las Vegas show at the Flamingo Hotel. In amateur video footage posted on TMZ.com, Marie addressed the audience as the show began, dedicating the night to her son.
Marie got emotional as the show came to a close with Donny singing the line, "May God keep you in his tender care." Her voice was shaky as she sang, "Until he brings us together...again." That's when Donny put an arm around her waist and said, "You don't have to sing it." Osmond's son committed suicide by jumping from his downtown Los Angeles apartment building last month. He was 18-years-old. |
