Mary J. Blige Has A "Whole Lotta Love" For Zeppelin
Mary J. Blige has a "Whole Lotta Love" for Led Zeppelin. The "Queen Of Hip-Hop Soul" has so much love, in fact, that she's now including two Zeppelin covers on her international reissue of "Stronger With Each Tear." In addition to her cover of Led Zeppelin's "Stairway To Heaven," she's also including a cover of the band's "Whole Lotta Love." The singer says, quote, "I am a Led Zeppelin fan. I"m not going to say I've been to their concerts, but I've listened to their music since I was a child, and it's always moved me." The singer made her comments while walking the "Essence" Black Women in Hollywood red carpet last week at the magazine's annual pre-Oscar luncheon. The international reissue of Mary's "Stronger With Each Tear," complete with her Led Zeppelin cover tracks, hits stores on Monday, March 15th. |
