Taylor Swift, Emerson Drive, Terri Clark Up For Junos
Fresh off of Wednesday's five Academy of Country Music Award nominations, Taylor Swift finds herself in the running for yet another honor. She's among the hopefuls for the 2010 Juno Awards, Canada's equivalent to the GRAMMYs. Swift has a nod for International Album of the Year with "Fearless." Her competition includes the Black Eyed Peas' "The E.N.D.," Britney Spears' "Circus," Kings Of Leon's "Only By the Night," and Susan Boyle's "I Dreamed a Dream."
Emerson Drive and Terri Clark are also contenders for the upcoming event. Emerson Drive's CD "Believe" and Clark's "The Long Way Home" are facing Doc Walker's "Go," Johnny Reid's "Dance With Me," and "The Road Hammers' "The Road Hammers 2" for Country Album of the Year honors. The 2010 Juno Awards will be presented in ceremonies in St John's, Newfoundland on April 17th and 18th. |
